Ranch work is a collection of small, important jobs. Our crew brings local staff and volunteers together to help care for animals, barns and pasture.
Jobs are posted on the crew job board and claimed by crew members as they’re able. The app helps everyone see what needs doing, keep track of claimed chores and record hours worked. It’s a practical way to coordinate the many hands that make daily care possible.
Everyone joining the crew signs a waiver before taking part. Crew members who choose to opt in can receive operational text alerts about task reminders, animal care, weather, deliveries and schedule changes. Consent is voluntary and is not required to work or volunteer.
