This page explains what information Cow Cow Heaven LLC handles for our ranch crew and how it is used.
Crew app information
The crew app collects name, phone number, email address, clock-in times and location while on ranch property. This information is used for crew scheduling, timekeeping and operational alerts, and to coordinate ranch work.
Cow Cow Heaven does not sell crew app information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Services that deliver operational texts or emails may process contact details only to provide those communications. Information is used for ranch operations and the purposes described here.
SMS and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to send the operational messages described in our SMS program terms.
Operational texts may include task reminders, animal care notices, weather and delivery alerts, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help. Consent is voluntary and is not required to work or volunteer at the ranch.
